A grainy cell phone picture has popped up on the Internet claiming it is Lindsay Lohan blowing ex boyfriend Calum Best. Even though the picture isn’t very clear, it looks like her to me. She is addicted to things like that. In fact, if Lindsay entered a hot dog eating contest she’d win, because she can swallow them whole.
